Description
This painting was inspired by a walk I took through the woods in the Fall after several days of heavy rain. I was stuck by the contrast of the bright reds and oranges of the turning leaves that made the forest almost look like it was on fire, with the fact that the trees and ground were soaking wet. Medium is an open acrylic which I applied on canvas using my fingers.
